Costco gazebos and sheds in Canada (2026): every model, prices and when they go on sale

A Costco gazebo in Canada costs $119.99 to $2,999.99, from a soft-top canopy to a cedar hardtop, and sheds run $399.99 to $1,999.99. The big ones go on sale for $400 to $600 off in May and June, so unless you need it for the first warm weekend, wait. Which gazebos does Costco Canada sell?

Seen in Western (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and Eastern (Ontario, Atlantic) warehouses. Prices are as posted:

The Sojag 10 x 14 has an aluminum frame, a steel double roof, mosquito netting and privacy curtains. The Yardistry Contemporary has 7-inch cedar posts, black steel trusses and an aluminum roof, and ships in four boxes weighing up to 235 lb (Yardistry). We found no Yardistry hardtop in Western posts in 2026, and no Backyard Discovery or Sunjoy gazebos in either region.

Which sheds does Costco Canada sell?

The Keter Darwin 6 x 4 has double-walled, steel-reinforced resin walls, a floor with four anchor points, and is rated for winds up to 65 mph (Keter Canada). For bikes and a lawn mower, look at the 8 x 8 and larger sheds; a Lifetime 8 x 8 was $1,699.99 in Western warehouses in March 2025, and a Suncast Cabana $2,599.99 in Ontario in April 2025.

When do Costco gazebos and sheds go on sale?

• Mid to late January: sheds arrive first (the Lifetime 10 x 8 on January 16, 2026 in Ontario).
• Late February to April: gazebos and pergolas arrive at regular prices, with a few early savings, like $50 off the Del Ray canopy in March 2026.
• May and June: the main sales: $400 off the Sojag and the Yardistry 12 x 14, $500 off the Mirador pergola, $600 off the Yardistry Contemporary, and $150 to $300 off sheds.
• Mid-July onward: clearance. The Yardistry Contemporary went to $1,999.97 and the Keter Cortina to $1,299.88 in July 2025; some regular prices simply step down, like the Lifetime 10 x 8 to $1,799.99 by July 2026.

What should you check before you buy a gazebo or shed?

• Snow: a hardtop roof still needs clearing. Sojag tells owners to remove accumulated snow from the roof (Sojag FAQ), and Lifetime sells a snow load kit for its 10 x 8 sheds. Neither Costco nor the makers' pages we read give a snow rating for the Costco models, so plan to clear them.
• Permits: many municipalities have rules on the size and placement of sheds and backyard structures. Check your city's bylaws before you buy a large one.
• The base: sheds need a level foundation (Keter says the Darwin needs one), and a hardtop gazebo has to be anchored. Sojag says that if your patio pavers lift by hand, you need a concrete pillar under them for the anchors.
• Space: check the base size, not just the roof. The Yardistry Contemporary's roof is 12 x 14 ft, but its posts sit about 10 x 13 ft apart.

How long does a Costco gazebo or shed take to assemble?

Most of a day for a hardtop gazebo. Sojag says its gazebos take 2 to 3 people around 6 hours or more in good weather, and Keter puts the small Darwin shed at 2 people for 2 hours. A 12 x 14 hardtop with boxes over 200 lb is a job for a crew. Can you return a gazebo or shed to Costco?

Yes. Gazebos and sheds aren't on the list of electronics and major appliances that Costco limits to 90 days, so its general satisfaction guarantee applies, with no time limit stated.
