Questions

Is this Costco?
No. Flatcart is an independent website. Providers are independent people and businesses, not Costco staff, and Costco does not endorse or certify anyone listed.
What does it cost?
Joining is free, with no monthly or lead fees. When we launch, shoppers pay through Flatcart and you're paid when the job is done; we keep 25% of your first $5,000 in lifetime sales, 20% up to $40,000 and 15% after that.
What do I need?
For now, just your name, email, city and the services you'd offer. Before your profile goes live, you'll upload both sides of a valid Canadian driver's licence so we can confirm who you are.
Where is it launching?
BC, Alberta and Ontario first: we are matching shoppers and helpers there now, by hand, through the help board. Then province by province, from Victoria to St. John's. Sign up from anywhere in Canada, even a town without a Costco.
What kind of work is it?
Costco runs and deliveries, returns, furniture, gazebo and BBQ assembly, TV mounting, tech setup, rides to hearing and optical appointments, and licensed work for businesses such as appliance installation.
