Costco hot tubs in Canada (2026): the inflatable spas, prices, pools and setup

Costco hot tubs in Canadian warehouses are inflatable spas: in 2026 the MSpa 6-person at $799.99, which was $200 off in July and was marked down to $399.97 in Ontario and Atlantic Canada from October 26, 2026. In 2025 it was the Bestway SaluSpa Coronado at $679.99, $539.99 on sale. They plug into a regular outlet, but they're heavy once filled and need care in a Canadian winter.

Which hot tubs does Costco Canada sell?

Spotted in Canadian warehouses by the Costco West and Costco East fan blogs between January 2025 and October 2026, at the prices those posts showed:

We found no hard-shell hot tubs in the fan blogs' warehouse posts. Costco.ca may list others online; we don't check Costco.ca, so look there for online-only models and their delivery terms.

When do Costco hot tubs go on sale?

The MSpa arrived in March 2026 at $799.99 and stayed there through spring. It was $200 off from July 13 to 19 in both regions, and in the West again to September 20. At the end of October it dropped to $399.97 in the East; a price ending in .97 usually means a markdown. The Coronado went on sale in winter instead: $140 off in January and March 2025.

If you buy and the price drops within 30 days, Costco refunds the difference while the offer runs; see Costco price adjustments.

What does an inflatable hot tub need?

From the makers' own pages (we couldn't confirm Costco's exact item numbers match these model pages, so check the box):

• Power: MSpa's North American Mono runs on 110 to 120 volts with a 1,350 W heater, so it plugs into a standard outlet. Bestway says the Coronado's heater must connect directly to a grounded outlet, with no extension cord, and outdoor outlets must be covered and rated for outdoor use.
• Space and weight: the MSpa Mono holds 245 gallons (930 L) and weighs about 2,131 lb filled: set it on level, solid ground, not a deck you haven't checked.
• Heating: to a maximum of 104 F (40 C); a cold fill takes hours to heat, so plan on most of a day.
• Warranty: MSpa lists 12 months on electrical parts, and 6 or 12 months on the spa itself depending on the line, for the first owner only.

Can you use a Costco hot tub in winter?

With care. MSpa's anti-icing system runs the pump below 1 C, and MSpa says not to leave the spa unused, with no power, below 4 C; it recommends a sheltered spot. Bestway's page says its Freeze Shield models can be used all year, but also that the spa can't run below 6 C, so read your manual before committing to a Canadian winter. Many owners drain and store inflatable tubs for the coldest months.

Does Costco sell above-ground pools?

Yes, in the spring seasonal aisle, with markdowns from June:

Pool chemicals, such as start-up kits and shock, show up in the same aisle in spring. For the rest of the backyard, see Costco BBQs and Costco swing sets. Hot tubs and pools aren't on Costco's 90-day electronics list, so the general return policy applies.

How do you get a hot tub delivered and set up?

An inflatable spa comes in a box that's manageable for two people, but setting it up means clearing and levelling a spot, inflating, filling and checking the outlet. An independent local helper can pick it up from the warehouse and do the setup as one job: see pool and outdoor equipment setup. Electrical work, like adding an outdoor outlet, needs a licensed electrician. Here's how a helper compares with Costco's own delivery:
