Costco furniture in Canada (2026): sofas, recliners, beds, dog beds and when it goes on sale

Costco furniture in Canada splits in two: warehouses carry sofas, recliners, dining sets, office chairs, patio sets, mattresses and Kirkland dog beds, while bed frames and bedroom sets are sold on Costco.ca. Prices below are from shelf photos by the Costco West (Western Canada) and Costco East (Ontario and Atlantic) fan blogs, September 2025 to October 2026. Our take: almost every piece we tracked went on sale within a few months, so buy on a sale and keep the receipt.

What furniture does Costco Canada sell in the warehouse?

Mostly upholstered seating, dining and seasonal patio furniture, from a handful of brands: Thomasville (sofas, sectionals, swivel chairs, dining), Gilman Creek, Barcalounger, Simon Li and Synergy Home (recliners and sofas), Aiden & Ivy (chairs), La-Z-Boy and True Innovations (office chairs), and Agio and Sunvilla (patio). New indoor furniture arrives in January; patio sets arrive from late January and peak in May and June.

Stock is limited and changes fast: a sofa that's on the floor in January may be gone by March. Desks, bookcases and bed frames rarely appear in Canadian warehouse photos; check Costco.ca for those.

How much are sofas, recliners and dining sets at Costco?

Every sofa, sectional and recliner, with sale dates, is in Costco sofas and sectionals.

For outdoor furniture, the biggest 2026 cuts were $400 off an Agio 5-piece chat set with fire table ($1,299.99) and $600 off an Agio seating set ($2,399.99), and Adirondack chairs reached $99.97 on clearance in October. Does Costco sell beds and bedroom sets in Canada?

Online, mostly. We found no bed frames, storage beds, headboards or bedroom sets in Canadian warehouse photos over the past year, so for "Costco bed" searches the place to look is Costco.ca, where delivery is usually built into the price. What warehouses do carry is mattresses, from Sealy twins to the Kirkland Signature by Stearns & Foster queen; see every Costco mattress by size, with its sale history. Replacing a mattress too? How much is a Costco dog bed?

Kirkland Signature dog beds are one of the steadiest buys in the aisle, and the style changes every few months:

The bolster bed was discounted more often than any other style. Most dog-bed prices you'll find online are from U.S. warehouses and run lower, so don't use them to judge a Canadian price.

How much is an office chair at Costco?

When does Costco put furniture on sale?

Often, and on a pattern. Indoor furniture arrives in January with the deepest dollar cuts ($200 to $400 off sofas and sectionals) in the first weeks; recliners and office chairs come back on sale every few months; patio sets are cut from March and cleared in the fall. Clearance prices end in .97 and vary by warehouse. Black Friday 2025 was mostly about mattresses and chairs: we found no sofa deals in the warehouse photos.

If the price drops within 30 days of your purchase, Costco refunds the difference while the sale runs and the item is in stock; see Costco price adjustments. Need it put together? An independent helper can do the furniture assembly.

Does Costco deliver furniture in Canada?

For Costco.ca orders, yes, and the online price usually includes delivery. How far it goes differs by item: some pieces are dropped at the curb, others brought inside, and some include white-glove setup, so read the delivery terms on the listing before you order. Shoppers on RedFlagDeals report mixed experiences, from beds assembled and dressers carried upstairs to boxes left in the driveway. Warehouse furniture you take home yourself, so bring a vehicle that fits the box.

Can you return furniture to Costco?

Yes, with no set deadline: furniture and mattresses aren't on Costco's 90-day list for electronics and major appliances. Costco.ca orders can go back to any warehouse, and for large items Costco can schedule a pickup, MapleMoney reports; a mattress that's stained or damaged may be refused. See Costco's return policy.
