Costco BBQ in Canada (2026): every grill, the prices, and when they go on sale

A Costco BBQ in Canada is a short list that changes each spring: this year the Napoleon Rogue 625 at $1,299.99, the Weber Spirit S-435 at $899.99, the Traeger Ridgeline XL pellet grill, two Blackstone griddles and a $149.99 NXR grill. Our advice: don't pay the regular price. The Rogue 625 was $300 off twice, and the last grills clear out from August at prices ending in .97.

The Rogue 625 and Weber Spirit come in propane and natural gas versions. We didn't find a Napoleon Prestige, Broil King, Weber Genesis or pizza oven brand like Ooni in Canadian warehouse posts this year, though a Weber Genesis S-425 cleared at $999.97 in September 2025.

• Smoking and low-and-slow: the Traeger Ridgeline XL, at $799.99 in its May sale. Kirkland hardwood pellets were $18.99 to $19.99 for 18 kg.
• Breakfasts and smash burgers: a Blackstone griddle; the 36-inch is the one to catch on clearance.
• A balcony or first grill: the NXR at $149.99.

Costco sells empty Flame King tanks in the seasonal aisle:

We couldn't confirm propane exchange or refills at Costco gas stations in Canada from a reliable source this year, so check with your local warehouse before you go. A new tank comes empty.

How do you get a Costco BBQ delivered and assembled?

A boxed grill is heavy and long, and it won't fit in every car. If yours needs putting together, an independent local helper can pick it up from the warehouse, bring it home and assemble it, as one job: see BBQ assembly. Here's how that compares with Costco's own delivery options:

Can you return a Costco BBQ?
