The Flatcart promise
- Prices first. Flatcart sets the main price on packaged services. Anything extra comes with a reason, and only goes ahead if you accept it.
- Money held until it's done. Pay by card through Flatcart and we hold the money until you confirm the job is done, or 48 hours after the helper marks it complete if you don't reply.
- Report a problem. Report a problem within those 48 hours and the money stays held while we review it, then we release it or refund you.
- Checked helpers. We check a valid Canadian driver's licence before a helper's profile goes live, and a Licensed trade badge only appears once we've seen proof.
- Real reviews. Reviews come only from completed jobs booked through Flatcart.
While we launch in BC, Alberta and Ontario, we introduce shoppers and helpers by email and you pay the helper directly; the payment protection above applies to jobs paid through Flatcart. See the safety page and terms.
